Meet our founders
We’re a team of real people - no corporate suits - who care about helping you get work flowing again.
Chris Sharpe
Chris is our boss man and a genuine nice guy.
He’s always looking for a win‑win and leads the team with a mix of care and strategic oversight. When he’s not guiding the business, you’ll probably find him chasing speed on the racetrack.
Liam Tubridy
Liam, or LT as we refer to him, is our vision guy.
He leads the charge on new and emerging technology with a practical, down‑to‑earth approach. He’s passionate about solving problems - and he never misses a good yarn about the English Premier League.
Liam Heslop
Liam runs Incendo day to day and is the face of our brand, and our workshops. He’s highly creative, great with people, and brings energy, clarity, and a wicked sense of humour. If you have engaged with Incendo chances are you have spoken with Liam, but please do not encourage his Dad jokes.

Peony Smith-Tahere
Peony is one of our Productivity Configurators. Put simply she works tirelessly behind the scenes to make the solutions we uncover and design in our workshops happen. A developer background and a keen lover of travel and fine food, you will often see her running the streets at 4:45am on a Friday as part of a run club she helped found.
Cara McMurray
Cara is another one of our Productivity Configurators who can often be found building workflows. With a Masters in Science Biology, Cara brings a wealth of knowledge on all things data. When Cara is not busy working you may find her on the beach, mountain biking or even hiking one of New Zealand's amazing trails.
Kieran Lee
Kieran is an experienced Process Consultant we partner with, bringing industry credentials including a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has a strong track record delivering process improvement across the Energy sector. Away from client engagements, Kieran values time with his young family and enjoys getting out on the tennis court whenever he can.
